Why? What does it do for anyone on a daily basis? Like, everyone in the office wants to talk about it, but yet it hasn’t actually done anything for anyone. I understand it from a business perspective, however. My mate at work has used it to great effect with other users to get people talking about and using our company’s products, but it’s more of a necessity to be in the loop and being seen with the latest and greatest social network tools.
But for you other people? Who just talk shit?

Now that’s out of the way, fair enough on your views. You have people that like reading about what you do every second of your presumably boring life? (read: “Just had a boo-hoo to someone who posted a mean post online! Twitter 4eva!”) Good for you. My view is that twitter is a fad, like most social networks, and in 6 months you’ll be gettin’ all upset about the new network that you “can’t live without”. I don’t care if you use it, go ahead. Just mark my words; try spending that time doing something constructive with your life. You may learn something.
